labour & wait
One of my favorite sites for housewares is Labour & Wait. Left to right, top to bottom: canvas folio bag, large enamel jug, enamel ladle set, natural rope doorstop. Their shop is in London or you can purchase by order form for shipping within the UK.

My sister sent me a link to this great bookshelf. What a neat solution for a lack of bookshelf space! By Levitate Architects in the UK.

retro cuba
With Cuba in the news these days, I thought I'd post about Corinna Radcliffe's photographically printed fashion and home accessories, found on her website. Her patterns include nostalgia-inducing shots of Havana, which you can order on cushions, bags, clocks, lampshades, and other fare.

new @ cavallini & co.
I really love Cavallini & Co., so I was excited to see their new notebook designs. Paper Source is a great place to find a lot of their products, including wrapping paper, labels, rubber stamps, and notecards.

i hate perfume
notcot posted last week on this neat site, I hate perfume. Their perfumes have awesome names like Mr. Hulot's Holiday and Russian Caravan Tea. I wish I could smell them through the computer screen...

william-wayne & co.
After leaving the office today I discovered William-Wayne & Co.'s lovely gifts and housewares on Lexington Ave. in New York. Aside from the beautiful serving tray and coral plates, they also had a fabulous summer-weight quilt with a coral and turquoise pattern that was almost irresistible.

bill murray
Following a tip from notcot I bought this very awesome Bill Murray print by artist Jeff Boyes. It arrived in the mail a few days ago and it's much better in person. Strangely, after I bought the print, I realized it looks just like my fiance's friend Emilio.

whippet grey
I hardly know where to start... Everthing about Whippet Grey is fascinating. I love their website, their catalog, their merch. Above is a sampling of my favorites; the winter '07 catalog is available for download from the web. Clockwise from top left: fine tea porcelain light, heart pendants, felt lavender hearts, bath salts, pewter goblets, pirate pond yacht, lead woodpidgeons (male and female), egg cosies, linen numbered tea towels, oiseaux du paradis, set of five wooden spinning tops, horn teaspoons.
