Designer Rafael Morgan created this plate with heat sensitive ink that reads: "Every Day 16,000 children die from hunger related causes" when hot food is placed in it. I like his suggestion of slipping these plates into an expensive restaurant or important political meeting. Social justice through design — I love it! via notcot

Simple words...STRONG statement. At the very least, it makes one appreciate the fact that they have certain luxuries that others do not. This is brilliant!
