fine & raw

I've been thinking about chocolate lately since I started reading The True History of Chocolate, and I remember testing Fine & Raw chocolate at the Brooklyn Flea just before Christmas. It was delish. Made with raw cacao and high in antioxidants, Fine & Raw chocolate is made with agave nectar which is low GI and lower calorie than sugar. More info about this local Brooklyn artisan here.

domestic architecture

Domestic Architecture has some photographs of their fantastic work in domestic and commercial interiors that convey a sort of non-minimalist minimalism that I really like. Have a look. via ill seen, ill said
